History of the company SITAP, s.r.o.

The company SITAP, s.r.o. was established on November 2nd 1992, in day of certificate of incorporation. The producing tradition in this company lasts since 1980.At that time it was associated production of Agricultural cooperative Býškovice. In 1992 bought SITAP, s.r.o. this company and gradually has enlarged the production. Former were here produced: wire screens for classifiers of stone quarries, gravel pits and sand pits, for coal and coke sorting plants OKD, crimped screens above all for garden designs, machine guard covers, furskin animals rearing, etc.

The company SITAP, s.r.o. deals with the producing and selling pressed wire screens, crimped screens, woven screens, welded screens and wire working. The wire is delivered in coils or straightened. The wire and the screens are produced both acc. to orders, sizes on customer request, and both in standard sizes.

The company is trying to apply new marketing methods with orientation to customer.

On both sides of the relation producer - customer are always standing people. That is why the management insists above all on this field whereas high quality of products is considered as obvious standard.

Since 2002 the company SITAP, s.r.o. holds the certificates TÜV CERT and ISO 9001:2000.

Now SITAP, s.r.o. sells its products on markets in inland and in abroad (Austria, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Netherlands, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, etc.).

At present there are on average 60 employees in SITAP, s.r.o. employed.

Manufacturing technology of the company belong to the most modern in middle Europe. There are machines in production, which form integrated technological lines needed to complete production of all company products.

Since 1997 the company uses the Schlatter unit, made in Switzerland, for the point welded screens production and so it could even more enlarge product range already produced. They are produced welded screens on that unit, with high claim on accuracy.

The products of SITAP, s.r.o. are delivered on standard EURO pallets or on special pallets made to the screen size. The company is able to secure the products transport, and this by lorry and railroad transport.

Product range

The company SITAP, s.r.o. is a netting producer of steel wire, wire screens, crimped screens and welded screens with square or rectangular openings in different variants.

PRESSED WIRE SCREENS: Minimal mesh we can produce is 6x6 mm from wire of diameter 2.8 mm. The minimal diameter of wire is 2.5 mm, the maximum 14 mm. Maximum size of screen is 2000x4000 mm.

CRIMPED SCREENS: The minimal mesh we can produce is 10x10 mm from wire of diameter 1.6 mm. Maximum wire diameter is 5 mm. Maximum size of screen is 2000x5000 mm. In our wide range of products it is possible to produce mesh till 57x57 mm from wire 5 mm.

REINFORCING GRIDS: Minimal mesh we can produce is 75x75 mm from wire of diameter 4 mm. The strongest diameter of wire is 14 mm. The maximal width of screen is 2850 mm. Then is the width decreasing acc. to the mesh and the number of wire.

WELDED SCREENS: The minimal possible mesh is 20x20 mm from wire of diameter 2 mm. The maximum diameter of wire is 6 mm. The maximal width of screen is 700 mm.

RIBBED STEEL WIRE BSt 500M following DIN 488 delivered in coils or straightened for reinforcing grids, diameters of wire: 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 mm.

SMOOTH STEEL WIRE calibrated, cold drawn, delivered in coils or straightened for different purposes, wire of diameters 1,6 - 12 mm.
